    Enrolment

    Holy Family is an integrated Catholic school catering to Years 1 - 8.  Children who have a connection to the Catholic faith have a preferential enrolment whilst those that do not, have a non preferential enrolment.   Enrolment status is determined by the Parish Priest.  This  is determined according to the criteria set out in the Handbook for Boards of Trustees of NZ Catholic Integrated Schools.

    Holy Family has an enrolment scheme and a roll cap of 135 with a 10% (want to give %?)allowance for children with no connection to the Catholic character of the school.  The enrolment scheme is available to view at the office.

    Enrolment days are advertised annually and prospective parents come in and meet with the Principal and Parish priest.

    Children begin on their 5th birthday and have up to 10 pre visits before their due start date.  The new entrant teacher maintains contact with all new parents.
